Attendees without a LinkedIn account can still register manually by entering their name and uploading or taking a photo

Yes. WITR offers email support for all users. Priority support may be available depending on your subscription plan.
How can I monitor attendee engagement?
Organisers can view the attendee list in real-time during the event. WITR is built to mimic natural networking, with no invasive tracking, and data is automatically deleted 48 hours after the event.
What happens to the attendee list after the event concludes?
All data is automatically deleted 48 hours after the event ends. No personal information is retained, helping maintain attendee trust and privacy.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle, after which you’ll default to the pay-per-event plan.
What happens if my event needs to be rescheduled or canceled?
If rescheduling, simply update your event details in the platform. If canceled, you can delete the event. For billing adjustments, reach out to our support team.
