What information can attendees see on the WITR list after consenting to be part of it?

Attendees can view the LinkedIn profile photoname, and the ask/offer or headline shared by others. That’s it—no hidden data or additional info is displayed.

Do attendees need an app, and is it free for them?

WITR runs entirely in the browser—no app download required. Attendees don’t pay anything to use it.

Can I use WITR for any type of event?

Yes! WITR is ideal for events of all sizes—from intimate meetups to large conferences. It also works seamlessly for virtual events using the same QR code or link. While designed for professional use via LinkedIn, it’s adaptable for a variety of settings.

How do I get started?

Can I customise the attendee list for my event?

Customisation is minimal, but organisers can manage their attendee list, including the ability to remove individuals if needed.

What happens if my attendees don’t have a LinkedIn account?

WITR is designed primarily for LinkedIn-based networking, ensuring authenticity and professionalism.
However, attendees without a LinkedIn account can still register manually by entering their name and uploading or taking a photo. They’ll be visible to others in the list, but won’t have a LinkedIn link included.
This option ensures inclusivity while still encouraging the use of LinkedIn for maximum connection potential.

Is customer support available?

Yes. WITR offers email support for all users. Priority support may be available depending on your subscription plan.

How can I monitor attendee engagement?

Organisers can view the attendee list in real-time during the event. WITR is built to mimic natural networking, with no invasive tracking—and data is automatically deleted 48 hours after the event.

What happens to the attendee list after the event concludes?

All data is automatically deleted 48 hours after the event ends. No personal information is retained, helping maintain attendee trust and privacy.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime via your account settings. Your access remains active until the end of the billing cycle, after which you’ll default to the pay-per-event plan.

What happens if my event needs to be rescheduled or canceled?

If rescheduling, simply update your event details in the platform. If canceled, you can delete the event. For billing adjustments, reach out to our support team.
