Share your unique Affiliate Code with prospective WITR customers. When a genuine new customer uses it to complete their first qualifying WITR purchase, they receive a one-off 10% discount and you receive a Reward Code redeemable for 50 Promotional WITR Credits.

1. Register to become an Affiliate
Submit your application. Affiliate participation is subject to approval by WITR.
2. Share your Affiliate Code
Once approved, you receive a unique Affiliate Code to share with prospective new WITR customers. Affiliate promotions must clearly state that you benefit if the customer makes a qualifying purchase.
3. Your customer receives 10% off
A genuine new customer receives 10% off the eligible subtotal of their first qualifying WITR purchase when they enter your Affiliate Code before completing checkout.
4. Receive your Affiliate reward
Once the purchase is confirmed as a Qualifying Sale, you receive a single-use Reward Code by email and through your Affiliate portal. The Reward Code can be redeemed for 50 Promotional WITR Credits.
10% off their first qualifying WITR purchase
The discount:
- is available only to genuine new WITR customers;
- can be used once per new customer;
- applies to the eligible subtotal shown at checkout;
- must be applied before checkout is completed;
- cannot be exchanged for cash;
- cannot normally be combined with another promotion or special price; and
- cannot normally be applied retrospectively.
50 Promotional WITR Credits for every Qualifying Sale
The Affiliate reward:
- is provided as a single-use Reward Code;
- is redeemable for exactly 50 Promotional WITR Credits;
- can be used only for eligible WITR services;
- has no cash value;
- is not a cash payment or commission;
- is non-transferable;
- cannot be sold, gifted or exchanged for cash; and
- is subject to the WITR Affiliate Programme Terms.
The Reward Code expires 365 days after it is issued. Once redeemed, the 50 Promotional WITR Credits expire 365 days after they are allocated to the Affiliate's WITR Wallet.
What counts as a Qualifying Sale?
A Qualifying Sale is the genuine new customer's first completed paid WITR purchase where:
- the Affiliate Code was entered before checkout was completed;
- payment was successfully received and retained by WITR;
- the purchase has not been refunded, reversed or charged back;
- the transaction is genuine and independent; and
- the customer and Affiliate have followed the Affiliate Programme Terms.
WITR may delay issuing a Reward Code while reasonable payment, refund, identity, fraud or programme-compliance checks are completed.
- Affiliates cannot refer themselves, their own Account, their own Events or an organisation they own or control.
- Only the Affiliate Code entered at checkout is normally credited with the sale.
- There are no cash payouts, percentage commissions, recurring commissions or annual bonuses.
- If the qualifying purchase is refunded, reversed or charged back, the associated Reward Code or Promotional WITR Credits may be cancelled or reversed.
- Affiliates must clearly disclose that their promotion is an affiliate promotion.
- Affiliates must not make misleading claims or guarantee networking, sales, investment, employment or other outcomes.

Use this wording, or wording that is at least equally clear, on every Affiliate promotion:
"Ad - affiliate promotion. Use my code [CODE] for 10% off your first qualifying WITR purchase. If your purchase qualifies, I receive 50 Promotional WITR Credits."
The disclosure must be visible in or immediately alongside the promotion, before a prospective customer acts on it.
