By creating an account or an event on witr.app, the Event Organiser is deemed to have read, understood and accepted this Privacy, AI Transparency and Responsible Use Statement, the Terms & Conditions, the embedded Data Processing Agreement, and the AI Acceptable Use Statement in full.

EU AI Act readiness

WITR has proactively prepared for the EU AI Act. We have mapped our AI-assisted features, completed an AI risk assessment, published transparency wording, and aligned our organiser controls, sub-processor management, and documentation with the Act's requirements. Smart Connections and other AI features are positioned as limited-risk, optional, and switchable on or off by the event organiser.
