The WITR API is in early access. It gives platforms and in-house teams a clean way to move opt-in event data between WITR and their own tools, so the live attendee list, Smart Connections and Impact Analytics do not sit in a silo. Data and consent
Only opt-in attendee data is available through the API. Attendees choose to join and choose what they share, and personal data is deleted after each event in line with our published retention rules. Anything you receive through the API is covered by the same terms as the rest of WITR.

Access and credits
API access sits on top of a WITR Credit account. Credits are £1 each, they cover your events, and they are valid for 12 months (365 days) from purchase. Early access is granted by request while we work with a small group of partners.

Is API access included in WITR Credits?+

Does the API expose attendee data without consent?+
No. Only opt-in attendee data is available, attendees choose what they share, and personal data is deleted after each event in line with our retention rules.
Can I push data into WITR as well as read it?+
Yes. You can push attendee opt-ins from your own registration flow so people are ready before the event starts.
Do I need a developer to use it?+
Yes, the API is aimed at technical teams. If you would rather not build anything, WITR works on its own with one QR code and no integration.
