Brand
WITR brand guidelines
WITR (Who's In The Room?) turns one QR code into a live, opt-in attendee list, AI Smart Connections that suggest who to speak to, and Impact Analytics that show what the networking was worth.
This page is for press, partners, sponsors, event organisers and affiliates who need to show the WITR brand. The logos and name are owned by WITR Networks Ltd. Please use the files here as they are, without altering them. If you need something you cannot find on this page, email info@witr.info.
Logos
Our marks and how to use them

Wordmark, dark
The default. Use on white or very light backgrounds.

Wordmark, light
Use on navy, brand blue, photography or any dark surface.
Icon, colour
For avatars, favicons and tight spaces where the full name will not fit.
Icon, light
The icon for dark or brand blue backgrounds.
Clear space and size
Leave clear space around the mark equal to the height of the question mark in the logo. Keep the wordmark at 120px wide or more on screen, and 25mm or more in print. The icon should not go below 24px. Nothing else, including other logos, should sit inside the clear space.
Which version to pick
Use the full wordmark wherever there is room, so people learn the name. Use the icon only where the wordmark would be unreadable, such as profile pictures, app tiles and favicons. Match the version to the background: colour on light, light on dark.
Please don't
- Do not stretch, squash or rotate either mark.
- Do not recolour the wordmark or add gradients, shadows or outlines.
- Do not place the colour version on a dark or busy background. Use the light version.
- Do not put the icon on a white plate or box when it sits on brand blue.
- Do not rebuild the wordmark in another typeface.
- Do not crop the mark or use it as part of a sentence.

Typography
Barlow Condensed and Montserrat
Display, Barlow Condensed ExtraBold
Prove the value of the room.
Heading, Barlow Condensed Bold
One QR code = intentional conversations
Body, Montserrat Regular
Attendees scan, opt in and say why they are there. They see who is in the room and get AI Smart Connections suggesting who to speak to next, with a conversation starter.
Labels and buttons, Montserrat Bold
CREATE AN EVENT
Both typefaces are available from Google Fonts. Use bold, uppercase Barlow Condensed for major display statements and Barlow Condensed for section headings. Use Montserrat for body copy, labels, buttons and supporting text. Keep lines short and use a system sans-serif fallback where the fonts are unavailable.
Imagery
Photography and artwork
Photography
Real people at real events: someone scanning a code, a small group mid conversation, a room filling up. In artwork, photographs are treated as black-and-white cut-outs with a clean outline, so the blue line-work behind them stays visible. Avoid posed stock handshakes, boardroom cliches and empty venues.
Layout
Bold condensed type, high contrast, one idea per piece and an uncluttered composition. Use slightly rounded rectangular cards and buttons with restrained shadows. Keep calls to action clear. The mark sits in a corner on its own, with no white plate behind it.
Line-work backdrops
Every piece of WITR artwork sits on bright blue line work. Four families are used, so posts stay recognisable without repeating.
Waves
Concentric line waves. Calm, used for quotes and single statements.
Grid
Even line grid. Structured, used for comparisons and lists.
Nodes
A constellation of connected points. Used when the subject is people meeting.
Perspective lines
Lines running to a horizon. Used for direction, steps and progress.

Voice
How we write about WITR
Warm, direct and practical. We describe what happens in the room, not the technology behind it. A short description you are welcome to reuse:
WITR (Who's In The Room?) is an event networking platform. Attendees scan one QR code, opt in and say why they are there. They get a live attendee list and AI Smart Connections suggesting who to speak to, and organisers get Impact Analytics showing what the networking was worth. There is nothing for attendees to download.
Do
- Say WITR, or Who's In The Room? in full on first mention.
- AI Smart Connections and Impact Analytics, always capitalised and spelled exactly that way.
- One QR code, no app download, an opt-in attendee list.
- UK English, plain words, short sentences.
- Credits and wallets. WITR is paid for with credits, not a subscription.
Don't
- No em dashes. Use a comma, a hyphen or a new sentence.
- No invented statistics, customers, testimonials or capabilities.
- No subscription, seat or licence wording.
- No jargon such as leveraging synergies or frictionless ecosystems.
- Never write WiTR, Witr or W.I.T.R.
