1 WITR Credit = £1. Buy credits into your organiser wallet, or pay at the point of creating an event. Basic events are £10 for up to 20 attendees. Pro events start at £50 and cost £1 per attendee with every feature included.
Reduced-feature pay as you go. Capped at 20 attendees.

Work out your Pro event cost
Up to 50 attendees is £50. Every attendee after that is £1. Minimum £50.
One wallet. One simple ledger.
Buy credits in advance or at the moment you create an event. Every purchase, deduction, top-up, refund and manual adjustment is recorded against your organiser account, so you always know where your balance stands.
Multi-day simple rules
Each attendee uses one credit for each day they attend. £1 per attendee per day. Repeat scans on the same day don't cost extra.
- The attendee list runs across the whole event.
- Each unique attendee consumes one credit per day attended.
- Someone attending two days costs £2. Three days costs £3.
- Repeated same-day scans don't consume more credits.
- The visible attendee list resets each event day.
- Capacity is set as "expected attendees per day".
- Total credits = per-day capacity × number of days.
- Daily resets follow the event's configured local time zone.
You stay in control - even when the room grows
When you create an event, you set an attendee allowance. WITR tracks opt-ins in real time. At 95% and 100% you (the organiser) get an in-event popup and an email. If your wallet has credits, they're used automatically to cover additional attendees. Each threshold email is only sent once unless the allowance is later increased.
"This event has reached its current WITR attendee limit. Please speak to the organiser to be added."
You'll see an immediate Add credits action. Minimum top-up is £1. Once Stripe confirms, new opt-ins resume instantly.
Basic events are capped at 20 attendees. At the cap, you'll be prompted to upgrade to Pro. The £10 you already spent on the Basic event is credited toward the upgrade, so an additional £40 unlocks Pro and up to 50 attendees.
Simple to work out. Simple to sign off.
| Attendees | Total price |
|---|---|
| 25 attendees | £50 |
| 50 attendees | £50 |
| 80 attendees | £80 |
| 100 attendees | £100 |
| 250 attendees | £250 |
| 500 attendees | £500 |
| 1,000 attendees | £1,000 |
Pro is always a minimum £50, even when fewer than 20 attendees are expected.
Pricing questions, answered
What's the difference between Basic and Pro?+
Basic is £10 per event, capped at 20 attendees, with a reduced feature set - no AI Smart Connections, no suggested matches, no AI conversation starters, no WITR Wall, no sponsor visibility and no Impact Analytics. Pro starts at £50 and includes every WITR feature. £50 covers up to 50 attendees, then £1 per additional attendee with no upper limit. If you hit the 20-attendee cap on a Basic event, the £10 already spent is credited toward the Pro upgrade, so an additional £40 unlocks Pro and up to 50 attendees.
How do WITR Credits work?+
1 WITR Credit = £1. Credits sit in your organiser wallet and are used to fund events. You can buy credits up front or at the point of creating an event. Every transaction - purchases, event deductions, additional attendee charges, refunds and admin adjustments - is recorded in your credit ledger. Your balance can never go below zero.
Do WITR Credits expire?+
Yes. WITR Credits are valid for 365 days from the date of purchase. Any purchases, deductions and adjustments are visible in your credit ledger so you always know what's available.
Can I transfer credits to another account?+
No. WITR Credits are tied to the purchasing organiser account and are non-transferable. They can't be moved to another account.
How does pricing work for multi-day events?+
Each attendee uses one credit for each day they attend. Someone attending two days costs £2. There is no multi-day discount. Repeat scans on the same day don't cost extra. If you turn on Daily Reset, the visible attendee list resets each day and capacity is set per day - 60 attendees per day over two days = 120 credits = £120.
What happens if more people turn up than I planned for?+
If your wallet has credits, WITR automatically uses them to admit each extra attendee at £1 each and increases the event allowance one at a time. If your wallet is empty, you'll be prompted to top up - minimum £1 - and new attendees can join immediately once Stripe confirms.
What happens at 95% and 100% of my attendee allowance?+
At 95% and again at 100% you get an in-event popup and an email. If your wallet has credits, they auto-cover further attendees. If the event hits 100% with no wallet credits, new opt-ins are blocked and attendees see: "This event has reached its current WITR attendee limit. Please speak to the organiser to be added." You'll see an immediate Add credits action.
Do attendees pay anything?+
No. Attendees are never charged and don't need an app - they scan a QR code and join instantly in their browser.
Can I pay in my local currency?+
Yes. Pricing is displayed in GBP, USD and EUR, and you can switch currency on the pricing section. The currency charged is the one you select at checkout.
