    The problem before WITR

Delegates arrived not knowing each other. Coffee breaks were too short to work out who to speak to. Speakers were hard to find in the crowd.

    How WITR was used

WITR sat alongside the conference programme as the networking layer. The QR code was on the welcome slide of every track, plus signage around the coffee and lunch areas. Speakers pre-registered before general delegates so the list looked active from the first scan.

    What attendees could do

    • Join the attendee list in one scan
    • Filter delegates by track interest and intent
    • See which speakers were on WITR
    • Get Smart Connection suggestions before each break

    What organisers gained

    • Higher opt-in among delegates than expected for a first WITR event
    • Impact Analytics showing the topics delegates were actually there for
    • Post-conference summary they could share with sponsors and speakers

    Sponsor value

Sponsors were placed within the attendee experience, so delegates saw them in the same tool they used for networking rather than as a separate ad panel.

Attendee numbers, engagement figures and named case study details are being added as organisers give us permission to publish. To be featured, email info@witr.info.
