Small events

Is networking software worth it for a small event?

For a small event you do not need a full conference app. You need something light that shows attendees who is there and why, without setup work or downloads. Even at 20 or 50 people, most attendees only talk to a handful of others, so a list with each person's intent still changes who they seek out.

Is a full conference app overkill for my event?

Usually, yes. Agendas, streaming and exhibitor portals are built for large, multi-day events. For a workshop, dinner, breakfast or 50-person seminar, the networking is the event. A lightweight tool that does only that job suits the scale better.

Can AI matchmaking work at a small event?

Yes, as long as attendees fill in an Ask and an Offer. AI Smart Connections compares what people said, not how many there are. At very small events a scan of the list may be enough on its own, and AI Smart Connections can be switched off.

Is networking software worthwhile for 20 to 100 people?

Yes, when it is light. Even in a room of 60, most attendees only speak to a handful of people, so seeing who else is attending and why changes who they seek out. Organisers can help participants find relevant people by asking everyone for an Ask and an Offer, and on Pro events Impact Analytics shows whether networking at a smaller business event actually happened. WITR is intentionally suitable for smaller events and does not require a large enterprise event-management platform.

    What does it cost?

Pro starts at £50 for up to 50 attendees, then £1 per extra attendee. There is no subscription. You pay per event or top up an organiser wallet. Attendees pay nothing.

    Frequently asked questions

Do I need an event app for 50 people?

Not a full app. A browser-based list of who is there and why is usually enough, and it needs no download.

What is the best networking tool for 20 people?

For 20 people, WITR gives a QR code, live attendee list and Ask / Offer headlines, from £50 on Pro.

Can networking at a small event be measured?

Yes. On Pro events, Impact Analytics shows participation, connection activity and follow-up actions, even for small groups.

    Is there a subscription?

No. WITR is paid per event or from a prepaid organiser wallet.

Can I switch off the AI?

Yes. Organisers can switch AI Smart Connections off on a Pro event.

Is WITR a cut-down enterprise platform?

No. It is built to be light from the start: one job, done simply.
