If your event has exhibitors, WITR gives them a better chance of meeting the right delegates, while you see stated intent and engagement across the room in Impact Analytics. If your event has no exhibitors, nothing changes: WITR works for any room.

Do exhibitors need a separate app?+
No. Exhibitors join the same way as every delegate, by scanning one QR code in their phone browser.
Can exhibitors find delegates who want what they sell?+
Yes. Delegates can share an Ask describing what they are looking for, and exhibitors can read it on the live list. On Pro events, AI Smart Connections also suggests relevant people.
Is WITR a lead-scanning tool?+
No. WITR does not scan badges or capture leads automatically. It helps the right people find each other and start conversations they both want.
Does my event need exhibitors to use WITR?+
No. Exhibitors and sponsors are optional. WITR works for conferences, networking events and any face-to-face gathering.
