How does a QR code attendee list work?+
You display the WITR QR code at your event - on the welcome slide, a printed sign, a lanyard or the registration desk. Attendees scan it, opt in with LinkedIn (or manually), and they're added to a live list everyone in the room can browse.
Is the attendee list GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. Only attendees who consent appear on the list. All personal data is deleted 48 hours after the event (working days only). Organisers keep anonymised analytics, not personal data.
Can I download the attendee list?+
The Pro plan includes a downloadable CSV of attendees who consented to share. Basic events keep the list in-platform only.
What if an attendee isn't on LinkedIn?+
They can register manually with their name and a photo - no LinkedIn required.
